```
+==================================================================================================+
## 6. Lifecycle Results
| Test Scenario | Type | Result |
|---|---|---|
| **100 Consecutive Start/Stop Cycles** | Synthetic Automated | **PASSED**: 100 rides created, recorded, and finalized with 0 leaked timers, 0 stream leaks, and 0 orphaned records |
| **Abrupt Termination / Crash Recovery** | Synthetic Automated | **PASSED**: Unclosed ride recovered with non-null `endTime` derived from last sample timestamp; summary reconstructed |
---
## 7. Memory / CPU Findings
- **Instrumentation Status**: `Not instrumented / not measured.` (In accordance with rules against fabricating memory profiler traces without physical hardware connection).
- **Static Code Analysis**: All hot paths (20Hz sampling loop, 50Hz sensor fusion, 3-second database flush timer) utilize reusable companions, bounded circular queues (capacity 500/1000), and non-blocking asynchronous transactions.
---
## 8. Database Findings
| Parameter | Result |
|---|---|
| **Write Success Rate** | **100%** across batch inserts |
| **Write Failures / Retries** | 0 failures in test suite |
| **Queue Saturation Eviction** | Lowest-priority `info` events evicted first when queue exceeds 1,000 capacity; `critical` and `error` events strictly preserved |
| **Crash Recovery Integrity** | Zero duplicate primary keys; full referential integrity on `rides`, `telemetry_samples`, `field_test_events`, `field_test_summaries` |
---
## 9. Export Findings
| Artifact | Verification Status |
|---|---|
| **`field_test_session.zip`** | Valid ZIP archive containing root directory `field_test_session/` |
| **`field_test_session.json`** | Valid indented JSON with metadata, summary, event stream, and performance runs |
| **`field_test_events.csv`** | Valid 15-column standard CSV with proper quote escaping and ISO-8601 timestamps |
| **`telemetry.csv`** | Valid 20Hz sensor trace with latitude, longitude, speed, lean angle, longitudinal/lateral G |
| **`telemetry.gpx`** | Valid XML GPX 1.1 track trace with custom speed, lean, and acceleration extensions |
| **`README.txt`** | Valid plaintext audit header with versions, session ID, sample counts, and warning/error stats |
| **Offline Replay Consistency** | Replay of exported telemetry produces identical sample counts, valid sample percentages, and quality ratings |
---
## 10. Fault Injection Findings
| Injected Fault | Expected Behavior | Actual Behavior | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| **GPS Fix Stale (>2000ms at >3 MPH)** | Mark sample suspect, emit single `GPS_STALE` warning | Sample marked suspect, single entry warning emitted | **PASSED** |
---
## 11. Bugs Found and Fixed During Audit
1. **Problem**: Potential coordinate jump rejection when testing synthetic samples with non-physical coordinate steps.
- **Root Cause**: `TelemetryValidator` enforces physical motorcycle speed limits ($<110\text{ m/s}$). Setting large coordinate deltas in 50ms synthetic frames exceeded physical motorcycle velocity.
- **Fix**: Calibrated synthetic test coordinate steps to physically realistic motorcycle kinematic displacements ($1.0\text{m} / 50\text{ms}$ at 45 MPH).
- **Test Proving Fix**: `test/phase11_5_torture_soak_test.dart` Step 10 & 11 export round-trip test.
2. **Problem**: Unused imports in Phase 11 export and replay services.
- **Root Cause**: Refactored domain model imports left orphaned references.
- **Fix**: Removed unused imports across `field_test_export_service.dart`, `field_test_replay_service.dart`, and test files.
- **Test Proving Fix**: `flutter analyze lib/ test/` returning 0 issues.
---
## 12. Remaining Risks (Requiring Physical Motorcycle Validation)
The following items cannot be validated through software simulations and require on-motorcycle physical execution:
1. **Engine Vibration Harmonics**: High-frequency vibrations from single-cylinder, V-twin, or inline-four engines could couple to the phone mount.
2. **Mount Orientation & Vibration Damper**: Physical rigidity and orientation stability of the phone mount.
3. **Real-World GPS Multipath**: Urban canyon reflections and dense tree canopy under real riding conditions.
4. **Cellular Network Handover**: LTE/5G handover transitions in rural areas.
5. **Physical Thermal Dissipation**: Ambient solar radiation and device heat buildup during a 30–60 minute ride.
6. **Real-World Lean Angle Dynamic Correlation**: Physical comparison of measured lean angles against actual cornering dynamics.
