🏁 Phase 1: Core Foundation & Telemetry Engine

    • Scaffolded Flutter cross-platform architecture with Riverpod reactive state management.
    • Configured Drift (SQLite) embedded database with strongly typed DAOs and reactive table streams.
    • Built the Core Telemetry Pipeline fusing GNSS geolocation streams with device IMU (3-axis accelerometer and gyroscope).
    • Built the session state machine (ready, riding, paused, finished) with automatic trip calculation (distance in miles, top speed, moving time vs. stopped time, average speed).

🏍️ Phase 2: Multi-Bike Digital Garage

  • Architecture & Features:
    • Added GarageMotorcycles database table with full CRUD functionality.
    • Allows motorcyclists to register multiple bikes with specifications: Make, Model, Year, VIN, Custom Specs, Tire Dimensions, and Service Notes.
    • Linked all ride sessions to the active motorcycle profile with default bike selection and quick switching.

🗺️ Phase 3: Unified Mapping & OpenStreetMap Integration

  • Architecture & Features:
    • Designed provider-agnostic mapping abstraction layer (MapProviderInterface, UnifiedMapView).
    • Built dual map backends:
      • OpenStreetMap / Vector Tactical HUD: High-contrast, offline-capable vector rendering.
      • Google Maps SDK: Official vector map engine with native traffic layers and dark mode styling.
    • Implemented Historical Ride Replay screen with interactive seek bar, variable playback speed (1x–8x), and synchronized G-force/lean/speed HUD telemetry overlays.

📐 Phase 4: Sensor Fusion & Lean Angle Calibration

    • Implemented a robust roll/pitch complementary filter fusing gyroscopic angular velocities with accelerometer gravitational vectors to compute motorcycle lean angle.
    • Solved centripetal acceleration distortion: projected 3D G-forces to isolate pure lateral cornering Gs from gravity vectors during deep lean.
    • Calibrated stationary jitter deadband (< 0.6 m/s) to eliminate GPS drift when stopped at traffic lights.

      • Community Traffic Provider: Custom endpoint configuration for decentralized alert feeds.

    • 20Hz Speedometer Refresh: Upgraded Android Fused Location Provider to 100ms (10Hz) and telemetry engine to 20Hz with dynamic 0.90 alpha fast-tracking.
    • Interactive Route Preview: Full route polyline rendering with 🟢 START and 🏁 FINISH markers, stationary notices, and cornering/braking event chips.
    • Landscape UI Optimization: Compacted toolbars and AppBars to 36px in landscape mode to maximize map and gauge visibility.
    • TomTom v5 API Upgrade: Migrated to official TomTom query-parameter v5 endpoints.
    • Waze Alert Relay Server: Built and dockerized self-hosted Node.js relay backend in server/waze_relay/.
